- FORCE – VERANOUDIS LTD provides a warranty for the repair or replacement of defective parts for 2 years and is limited to these obligations.
- The company is not responsible for travel expenses or other costs related to installers, as well as for damages that may be caused by vandalism, poor wiring, poor installation, falling, water ingress, or failure to comply with temperature and humidity specifications.
- A necessary condition for the provision of the warranty is the presentation (original or copy) of the purchase receipt.
- Under no circumstances will a product be replaced based on a damage report from the customer without the product being inspected by our Service department.
- In case of inability to repair a product, and only then, it may be replaced with another product of similar characteristics, from the same or another manufacturer.
- The repair or replacement of a product within the warranty period (2 years) does not mean the renewal of the warranty.
- Products are shipped to the destination at the buyer's responsibility and expense and must be accompanied by the packaging box.
- The price list can change without notice.
The product is covered by a warranty valid from the date of delivery.
The product warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or abuse of the material.
- Due to incorrect wiring, poor installation, falling, water ingress, exposure to temperature or humidity outside the operating limits specified by the material manufacturer.
- Intervention by an unauthorized technician of our company (Service).
- When any part of the product has been destroyed or removed.
- When the packaging of the products has been partially or completely destroyed.
