PRODUCT RETURNS DUE TO WRONG DELIVERY
In all cases where PRODUCTS delivered differ from those sold, in type or quantity, the customer must return the products for verification and confirmation of the error. In this case, the cost of reshipping to the customer is covered by the company, provided that the return is carried out using the method suggested by the company.

In all cases where products delivered differ from those sold, in type or quantity, the customer returns the products for verification and confirmation of the error. In such a case, the reshipping costs to the customer are borne by the company, provided the RETURN METHOD proposed by the company is followed.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY
Returns of products that are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within 3 calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must include all necessary accompanying documents and its complete packaging.
The product will be received and checked to verify the defect.
Provided that the product has been previously received and inspected by the company and confirmed to be defective, it will be replaced with a new one. In case a new product is not available, the customer will be informed in writing about the time frame for receiving the replacement or may make a purchase OF EQUAL VALUE TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
