The DOE-130 optical-thermal multi-criteria detector has been designed based on the latest technological advancements on the market. Its European design makes the 100 series an ideal option for installations where a balance between functionality and aesthetics is required. The optical-thermal detectors of the 100 series are based on the Tyndall light scattering principle and on temperature rise monitoring using a low thermal mass thermistor (set at 58?C). Thanks to its suspended dual-chamber design, the detector prevents insects and unwanted particles from entering the sensing chamber, thus minimizing the risk of false alarms. This type of detector is suitable for a wide range of fire outbreak scenarios, such as offices, factories, parking areas, warehouses, clean rooms, and boiler rooms.
