Information security is a top priority for the company VERANOUDIS I.D. EPICH. PAR. YPIR. ASFALEIAS E.P.E. – "FORCE", which is active in the following areas:
Trading, installation, and repair of security systems, CCTV monitoring systems, fire detection systems, and security systems for hotel units
Provision of security services
Trade of electric vehicles
The company's objectives are:
To ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements,
To protect the interests of the company and those who engage with it and entrust it with their confidential information,
To ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information generated, received, and processed within the scope of security projects,
To maximize the reliability of the company's information resources.
The implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aims to:
Protect the archived data, computing resources, and the information processed within the company’s services from any threat — internal or external, intentional or accidental,
Systematically assess and evaluate risks related to information security, aiming for appropriate and timely risk management,
Archive data, prevent viruses and external intrusions, control access to systems, log all security incidents, and manage unexpected developments,
Continuously inform management and staff on information security matters and conduct training seminars for personnel,
Ensure the full commitment of the company’s Management to the strict application and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System.
The Information Security Management Officer is responsible for monitoring and controlling the ISMS operation and for keeping all relevant staff informed about the Information Security Policy.
All personnel involved in activities and processes related to Information Security is responsible for applying this policy and the relevant ISMS procedures in their respective work areas.
Management and all employees are committed to achieving the company’s objectives and adhering to the principles related to Information Security.
To achieve these goals, the Company implements an Information Security Management System in compliance with the requirements of standards ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 27701:2019.
