E-SHOP ORDERS
Orders from the online store www.force.gr are processed once the user registers through the top left menu "Register" and enters all the required information necessary for issuing the relevant tax documents.
After registration, the customer has the ability to check all their orders and modify their account details. The purchase history constitutes personal data for each buyer, is confidential to third parties, and the website complies with the terms of personal data management and protection, according to the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997).
PAYMENT METHODS
The supported payment methods for online orders are as follows:

The payment must be deposited before the order is shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS
Our products are shipped:
• By COURIER to Greece and Cyprus
• By regular post to Greece, Cyprus, and abroad
• By freight company for bulky and heavy parcels throughout Greece (upon arrangement with the customer)
The delivery time of goods ranges from 1 to 5 business days. In all cases, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are calculated based on the weight, volume, and shipping method of the parcels.
PRODUCT RETURNS DUE TO WRONG DELIVERY
In all cases where products are delivered different from those sold, in type or quantity, the customer returns the products for verification and confirmation of the error. In such cases, the cost of re-shipping to the customer is covered by the company, provided the company's recommended return method is followed.
WARRANTY
All electronic products come with a warranty of 1–2 years (depending on the manufacturer). After the expiration of the above period, products can be repaired at the customer’s expense, upon agreement with the company.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY
Returns of products considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within 3 calendar days from their delivery to the customer. The product must not be damaged and must include all necessary accompanying documents and its complete packaging.
The product will be received and inspected to confirm the defect.
Provided the company has received and inspected the product and confirmed the defect, the product will be replaced with a new one. In case a new product is unavailable, the customer will be notified in writing of the expected delivery time of the replacement or may make a purchase of EQUAL VALUE TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content of the online store, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, and photos, is the intellectual property of the company and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European law. The company reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store whenever deemed necessary and to inform customers of any changes through the online store.
APPLICABLE LAW AND TERMS OF USE
The terms of use of the website force.gr are governed and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union, and relevant international treaties. The visitor of the pages and services of this website consents to these terms of use. For any disputes, the Courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction.
